Mathaeis would not make a good coach. Zas is rather snarky and confrontation isn't he? I guess I did put that in his bio though. And as an overall note, the grey shades in thecomic don't relly match up to the color plates... but I'd rather not change them. I make it hard enough to keep track of who is who as is with the shear number of characters and the miniscule size in which I draw these. Poor Kaytus. he's starting to look like an actual AnK wold. No more cute confined ears for you. No. nasty long ones with hard bony bits. And hand scutes. They're also on his toes, but it would be very unlike Kaytus for him to take off his shoes and wiggle them around for everyone to see. And Drake is on meds? Well makes sense why he made a point to mention that if Mathis or Cale or Kaytus were taking something they needed to bring it. This of course, though, brings up the question of why. Right now, there is one logical answer. By the end of the chapter there will be two possibilities... and the one brought up within the chapter is likely what his is for since I put it in the same chapter. I try to set things up so that it's all clear and to make sure everyone has a fair chance of seeing what I'm trying to show. And yes. I drew a bus for this chapter. It's not too bad considering I've never really drawn vehicles before and I did it mostly without a ruler (it's a little wobbly).

Probably my favorite panel is teh one of Kaytus just because it's a really good pic of him. But I also like the one of Nick on the corner. Just don't think too much about what in god's name is wrong with Drake's hand in the last panel.
