All right, it's a little close to the deadline, but here's my half for this moth's swap at .  This is Issac, who belongs to Washu-Dark-Ira.  I only had the one reference, and a gallery crawl suggests that this Issac is also a pokemon ginjika-type-character-thing of Glalie.  But I could be totally wrong, idk lol.  Anyway, I'm a little short on time irl so I just did something simple and pretty.  I had really wanted to draw him chibi, but idk how one does this.  My attempts failed.  So in the end, there is this thing I made.  Why is his color scheme so fab?  Why can I not color scheme this good? ;-;
